Hakata is a bustling Japanese restaurant hidden away in a Silverdale strip center. There is no such thing as a bad meal at Hakata, whether it'?s the chicken teriyaki dinner or a selection of sushi or sashimi chosen from the sushi bar. Meals are reasonably priced for the quality, and the taste is exceptional. Choose a bento box if you wish to sample a variety. Try the salmon teriyaki/tempura combination dinner or let the owner, Sugi (Yoshiyuki Sugimoto), build your sushi dinner, one order at a time, while you watch from the sushi bar.
